Return Policy

We offer a 14 day money return policy on all our purchases. After receiving the shipment the buyer has to contact us within 14 days. Refunds will be given as money back or replacement. The return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The item needs to be returned in its original and unopened condition in order to receive a refund. Some products may dry out or go bad over extended periods of time and whilst in transit, diminishing their value. In such cases, we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot fully refund these returned orders. All refunds will be paid within 14 days. Shipping costs for returned orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you decide not to receive your package upon shipping, you may refuse it upon delivery. If you have already received your package, do NOT ship it back until we have communicated instructions as to if and how you may do so. In principal, all sales are final, although we strive to find a mutually acceptable solution when issues arise.

Returned Orders

A fee will apply if, for any reason beyond our control, a shipment is returned to us and you would like it to be re-shipped.

Delivery Time

In your invoice you will find a customized shipping offer with approximate time estimates and we cannot guarantee exact dates due to various customs or mail service delays that may occur and due to the fact that we ship worldwide.

Shipment Tracking

If you have chosen to ship your package via registered mail you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order. Upon arrival a signature will be required, ensuring that the package will not be returned to us. Tracking of your package with the required signature means your securely shipped goods will be delivered to the right person. It is your responsibility to track your package once it has been shipped.
